Even though it appeared he was closed that day, he met us at the shop and helped us get going. We got our issue resolved in leas than an hour. “Mike's a real stand up down to earth guy. A real master at his craft with exceptional customer service. Called a few other places, either got the run around or staff with little to no knowledge of trailers. In this field, experience and product knowledge is key, as coaches for the most part aren't cookie cutter builds, as pretty straight forward as they are. Mike was very knowledgeable and didn't mind sharing his 25+ experience to educate. I decide to give Mike a try based on his great reviews and everyone was accurate except the suppose customer that left a less then five star review. Mike as well didn't make me feel like just a customer, but felt like he was a good buddy of mine willing to lend a helping hand. I came in for a warranty claim and that in itself is already an intimidating process, especially when it comes to stealerships and shops. I prefer to do most mechanical work myself, so I'm happy to find someone to rely on when YouTube and Google searches put me in my place to hire the guy for the job.
