Mike troubleshot the issue and repaired it the same day.

“Our trailer running lights and brake lights mysteriously stopped working while camping in Yosemite. We called Mike on our way out of the park. Even though it appeared he was closed that day, he met us at the shop and helped us get going. We got our issue resolved in leas than an hour. Mike was so nice and hospitable to our little kids while we were there. If you need RV or trailer repair in the Yosemite area, this is the place to stop.”

The product was TOP quality and although he ordered one color it came in another color.... which i am sure was not Mikes fault.. sometimes stuff happens regardless I was happy to accept the BLUE instead of the brown as it looked MUCH better and brighter. “Mike's a real stand up down to earth guy. A real master at his craft with exceptional customer service. Called a few other places, either got the run around or staff with little to no knowledge of trailers. In this field, experience and product knowledge is key, as coaches for the most part aren't cookie cutter builds, as pretty straight forward as they are. Mike was very knowledgeable and didn't mind sharing his 25+ experience to educate. I decide to give Mike a try based on his great reviews and everyone was accurate except the suppose customer that left a less then five star review. Mike as well didn't make me feel like just a customer, but felt like he was a good buddy of mine willing to lend a helping hand. I came in for a warranty claim and that in itself is already an intimidating process, especially when it comes to stealerships and shops. I prefer to do most mechanical work myself, so I'm happy to find someone to rely on when YouTube and Google searches put me in my place to hire the guy for the job. Even though this is business, thank you Mike for the above and beyond service and experience.”

“Brought our motorhome in for several minor repairs and repair to automatic leveling system. Repairs were done in half a day. We asked Mike to check the roof which was due for a new sealing. He completed the sealing, was done that day and we were out the door for only $500 for all the work. Clean, fast, quality work. Would highly recommend.”
